Paramount Direct Ltd, trading as eSalestab (Company Number 07482131), respects individuals' privacy rights and provides a process for requesting the deletion of personal information processed through our website, software platform and connected services.

1. How to request deletion

If you wish to request the deletion of personal information held by eSalestab, please contact us:

Personal Data Deletion Request

In your request, please provide:

• Your name.
• The email address associated with your account, where applicable.
• The name of the business or organisation associated with your account, where applicable.
• A description of the information or account you would like deleted.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens or other security credentials.

2. What happens after you submit a request?

We will review your request and may contact you to verify your identity or authority to make the request.

Where the request is valid and applicable, we will take appropriate steps to delete or anonymise the relevant personal information held by us.

We aim to respond to data protection requests within the timeframes required by applicable data protection legislation.

3. Information that may need to be retained

Some information may need to be retained where we have a lawful reason to do so, including:

• Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.
• Accounting, tax and financial record-keeping requirements.
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
• Maintaining necessary security and fraud-prevention records.

Where information must be retained, we will limit its use and retention to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.

4. Connected third-party services

If you have connected third-party services to eSalestab, such as Meta or WhatsApp Business Platform, deleting information held by eSalestab does not automatically delete information held independently by those third parties.

You may need to contact the relevant provider separately to exercise your deletion rights with them.

Disconnecting a third-party integration also does not necessarily delete information already held by that provider.

5. Business account and retailer requests

Where eSalestab processes personal information on behalf of a retailer or business customer, the relevant retailer or business customer may be the data controller responsible for responding to an individual's request.

If your request relates to information held by a retailer using eSalestab, you may need to contact that retailer directly.

We will assist our business customers with applicable data protection requests in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.
